Another exercise of yoga for lower back pain is the cat stretch pose or bidalasana. You need to get up and be on all fours position. Your knees and hand are all facing the floor, just like a cat. The locust pose or shalabha-asana is also good for treating back pain. Lie facing your front side and straighten your body. Gently lift your head and look towards the ceiling, bringing your hands and feet as well. Keep this position for as long as you can but make sure that your abdomen is firmly planted on the floor.
